Sharon’s History

Sharon attained a BTEC National Diploma in Fashion at Stafford Art and Design College in 1985-1987, where she excelled in design and Knitwear, winning a competition for her knitwear designs for Marks and Spencer, her winning design was produced in their range in spring 1986.

After study Sharon opened her own Wedding Gown design business in 1988 called ‘Lacewings’ in Worcester, where she produced bespoke wedding gowns and Lingerie for individual customers Lacewings was trading for 6 years.

Sharon then ventured into Freelance design, together with managing other high street businesses over a period of 15 years.

Sharon has rekindled her desire to work with Silk and fine fabrics to produce items which make the wearer feel special, with her excellent pattern cutting skills enquired over many years of individual pattern making and her eye for cut and design, the range offers the comfort and luxury of Silk combined with fabric and cut knowledge and attention to detail.

Sharon’s range is designed and made with woman in mind but beautiful and sensual for men to enjoy. All Designs are Exclusive to Mint, Designed by Sharon, Made in Silk or Silk Stretch mixes, produced in the Great Britain and they are all hand finished and carefully boxed for that special person. We have an outstanding customer service and value every customer.
