RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Mint Lingerie offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund.

The goods should be returned unworn, The security label intact this in the interest of hygiene, if this is removed the return or exchange will be void. The goods need to be returned in the resalable condition If you are returning or exchanging goods, this needs to be arranged within 21 days of receipt of the purchase.

Please ENCLOSE A RECIEPT FOR THE COST OF postage of THE RETURN You will be issued a returns note by email or a returns number enclose this within your return, we will pay for the return postage, providing all criteria is met in our returns and exchange policy. This will be issued on receipt of the goods and a full refund plus the postage costs will be redeemed.

Please note we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on our SPECIAL ORDER PACKAGES. HOSIERY/GIFT SETS

We do not accept refunds and exchange for WORN stockings/ Hold Ups.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN THE HOSEIRY DEPARTMENT WITH FULL PACKAGING AND UNWORN

Refunds are not accepted on any face or body cream products.

POSTAGE For stock items we aim to despatch within 3 working days, if items item out of stock we will contact you immediately, either arranging an alternative delivery date or a refund. All stock items are sent either 1st Class Royal Mail.

As all of our range products are made upon receipt of order, our goods have a lead time of 14 working days, as a company we do strive complete and deliver orders prior to this deadline, on receipt of your order we issue an approximate delivery date, if you have a important date which the item is required please ensure that it is on the order information.

All orders within the UK over £100.00 will receive FREE SPECIAL DELVERY. If you need an item before this timescale please contact us Tel: 01905 458418, it may be possible.
