1. INTRODUCTION

1.a You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

1.b Terms and conditions may be updated at any time, please insure that you check our terms and conditions every time you place an order, t.hey are binding on you if you, any questions or concerns on changes please contact us before you continue with your order.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

2.a Most of our products are individually made and hand finished, most of our products are made in Silk mixes, they may vary slightly, either in the hand work detail or in slight colours to the website. As they are not mass produced this is their beauty. Pure Silks contain the natural slub textures this is also the reason why Silk is so expensive and it is its characteristic.

2.b Our Mint range is not available anywhere else, some of our ranges are limited editions.

3. YOU ORDER

3.a You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. You will need to supply us with a few details this is to satisfy your order and delivery. You will receive an order acceptance by email, some of our products we will need to confirm delivery this will be a follow up email or phone call depending on the product. All of you personal information either received through the order of via registering with us is kept confidential, we never pass information onto any other parties. We provide a password system to enable you to log in and shop again without having to fill out your details every time.

3.b Our acceptance of an order takes place once we have confirmed a delivery date for you item, We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. At this stage the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled your order with us.

3.c We may refuse to accept an order: 1. where goods are not available; 2. where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; 3. if there has been a pricing or product description error;

4. or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

4. STOCK AVAILABILITY

4.a Most of our products are designed and made in house some are limited editions, some of our complimentary stock items are bought from other parties, we try our best to ensure our availability is correct on the day of purchase , if the item is not available we will contact you to let you know.

5. POSTAGE

5.a Postage for orders over £100.00 within the UK are FREE and are sent on completion by special delivery for safety, where we charge separately for packing and postage, we use 1st Class Royal Mail.

6. PRICING

6.a We review our prices from time to time, they may change from time to time to reflect supplier changes and factors out of Mints control.

7. DELIVERY

7.a Mint will endeavour to ensure that the Customer receives items ordered on the delivery schedule date, it is stressed that this is an approximate date for receipt of your order as stated on all communications, we however ensure that it is received within 3-4 weeks of receipt of your order, unless otherwise agreed and discussed with the customer. Made to order, fitting service and Special orders are not included in this guarantee; these are agreed with the individual customers and Mint.

7.b For stock items ,we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, however, allow between 5-7 working days for delivery.

8. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

8.a If you wish to cancel your order: 1. To return goods in the first instance contact our customer services email sharonfarmer@mintlingerie.co.uk before confirmed delivery date to you, or 2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 7.b below.

8.b You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange provided they meet the returns and exchanges criteria. For cancellation of order the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

8.c Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

8.d The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 8.c will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. The goods should be returned unworn,

2. The security label intact this in the interest of hygiene, if this is removed the return or exchange will be void.

3. The goods need to be returned in the resalable condition

4. If you are returning or exchanging goods, this needs to be arranged within 21 days of receipt of the purchase.

5. in the event that the product has been used

6. Where a refund is requested by non-bill payers, who is not original product purchasers and do not hold the valid credit card information of original purchaser. The provisions of this clause 8.d do not affect your statutory rights.

9. REGISTRATION

9.a You will need to be over 18 years of age to register with us.

9.b It will be your responsibility to keep your password and login details secure. If you require us to change you login details contact enquiry@mintlingerie.co.uk

9.c Mint have the right to cancel any registration or account if we deem reasonable, or any for breach of these terms and conditions.

10. DISCLAIMER

10.a. Instructions for use and care of our products are supplied to you with the product, it is your responsibility to follow the correct use and care for these products, any damage of property, self, others or loss of earnings due to your neglect and failure to follow the supplied instructions are your responsibility.

10.b While we endeavour to ensure information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, to the products, to the prices that are described in it; this can be done at any time.
